The post:
We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead information governance compliance within our Information Security and Governance business unit, whilst being part of the corporate Information Governance team. As an integral part of the Information Security and Governance team, the Information Security and Governance Manager will manage data protection compliance, records management compliance, the Information Asset Register as well as the Freedom of Information regime for Digital and Security Services. They will also provide subject matter expertise advise, direction and leadership to all SBU Directors and their teams.
You should be educated to degree level with an appropriate postgraduate qualification or equivalent with evidence of continuing professional development.

Location and working pattern:
This is a permanent position based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, albeit currently in a working from home capacity.
