As part of our commitment to staff development, support and succession planning we are recruiting additional band 6 Deputy Charge Nurses across the majority of our inpatient wards.
The successful candidates will join teams within the medical and surgical directorates providing additional senior support across these areas.
The successful candidates will have demonstrable post registration experience in a relevant specialty, will be an effective communicator and exhibit successful leadership skills.
These Deputy Charge Nurse posts will support the Senior Charge Nurses in delivering clinical excellence and innovative nursing care to our patients, in addition to providing leadership for the teams on site.
These posts offer huge potential to further develop your nursing career, clinical leadership and management skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.
The posts will be based in the St Johns Hospital campus

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record.
