Research & Development Quality Assurance Document Controller (Band 5)
We are seeking a highly motivated, confident and efficient Quality Assurance Document Controller (0.6 FTE) to join our Quality Assurance team within Research & Development at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The post-holder shall support clinical research activities taking place in both NHS Grampian and University of Aberdeen.
The post-holder will support the Quality Assurance Manager, and be responsible for document control (using Q-Pulse) of the joint NHS-Grampian – University of Aberdeen Quality Management System for clinical research.
The post-holder shall also provide the Quality Assurance Manager with administrative support (including minute taking) and provide assistance to the Named Archivist in archiving of clinical research data for both organisations.
Educated to degree level in an appropriate scientific or clinical field, or equivalent experience, the post-holder will have knowledge of clinical research (including GCP) and exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. They will also have excellent communication and IT skills, including website management, ideally within a Health and Social Care setting. Familiarity with Q-Pulse would be an advantage.
