An exciting opportunity has arisen for a post to provide administration support to our Controlled Governance Team and Community Pharmacy services. The role will be wide and varied including the organisation of inspections to GP practices, pre visit report preparation, and management of key meetings. The Community Pharmacy role will also include database and website development and the preparation of reports and payment schedules.
You will be part of the administration team based within the Pharmacy Department at Kings Cross, Dundee, as well as the wider administration team across the Ninewells, PRI and Stracathro sites. The overall team work in a flexible manner to support all the pharmacy service requirements.
The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with previous administration experience within an NHS or similar complex organisation. Proficient in the Microsoft office packages and the ability to work to meet required time-scales, will also be required in the role.
The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to develop and shape the administration requirements for both teams, as well as being a key player in the overall administration team across Pharmacy.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
