An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to undertake the role of Service Manager (Urgent Care) for Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership and to join a forward thinking and dynamic team as part of the Perth and Kinross Senior Management Team.
With a focus on Urgent Care, you will take a lead role in developing the Urgent Care Service including Hospital at Home, GP Resilience Team and the ANP Service.
The Hospital at Home service is under development as part of a National Project and the HSCP strategic direction and will form part of our Integrated Community Service Response to the people of Perth and Kinross.
If you have significant senior management and leadership and change management experience, preferably within an Urgent Care environment, and hold skills that include transforming and improving services, strong strategic planning and performance management skills and a track record on achieving goals through strong partnership working we would welcome your application.
