Please note this is a part-time post for 26hrs and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
This is an amazing opportunity to enhance your knowledge & skills working alongside the Patient Affairs - Primary Care team based at Kirkland's- NHSL Headquarters.
The shift pattern is from Monday - to Friday.
A Full Valid UK Driving Licence Holder would be desirable for this position.
The Patient Affairs Assistant will be required to assist in the efficient and effective running of Patient Affairs across NHS Lanarkshire by providing administration support to Patient Affairs Managers and the Patient Affairs and Complaints Lead. This comprises facilitating the organisation's process for gathering feedback, comments, concerns, and complaints in line with the National and local procedures.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following Knowledge, Training, and/or Experience:
- Professional qualification i.e. HNC/SVQ III in a relevant discipline (Business Admin/Secretarial Studies/Public Administration) or equivalent previous experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of the NHS Complaints Procedure
- Confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and discretion in all aspects of work
- Proficient in the use of software systems
- Advanced keyboard skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Work on own initiative
