Advert Learning and Development Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Hybrid Working
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to provide - high quality, innovative and appropriate learning and development solutions to support the development of improved performance and service delivery in a variety of different environments across NHS Grampian.
Applicants will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills and possess a wide range of professional/technical knowledge and expertise. Experience in Coaching, Management development, Change Management, Internal Consultancy, digitally enabled delivery and advanced Facilitation skills are essential.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is assuming professional leadership for specific projects/initiatives delegated to the post holder.
Experience of Line Management is also required.
