This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, practical individual to assist in managing the logistics and venue infrastructure in the developing Community Immunisation Service. The post is part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the delivery of various vaccination programs and will be responsible for the majority of the arrangements around venue procurement, commissioning, decommissioning and the day to day support required to ensure the venues operate smoothly. The Facilities Officer post is a customer focused post and therefore excellent people skills are required along with a pragmatic approach to task management.
The post is offered on a permanent fulltime basis and as part of a developing service will be an opportunity for a candidate keen to grow with the service. You will report to the Clinical Services Manager and have professional support from the Head of Facilities and the wider Facilities Team.
You will have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
