NHS Grampian is seeking to expand our established team of Physician Associates team in Emergency Medicine.
One post is permanent and one post is temporary to cover maternity leave.
These posts would suit enthusiastic, innovative clinicians with a vision to deliver excellent healthcare as part of our enhanced Emergency Medicine service. The prospective post-holders will be expected to develop and maintain their own clinical skills to a high standard to ensure safe delivery of care, and to demonstrate excellent team working skills. They must be able to work flexibly, multi-task when necessary and accommodate out of hours work. In addition to clinical exposure to the full spectrum of adult and paediatric emergency presentations, successful applicants will enjoy and contribute to a structured Physician Associate training programme and participate in Departmental governance, audit, teaching and research programmes.

Applications are invited from those Physician Associates who have completed the post graduate diploma in Physician Associate or within 3 months of completion.
Applicants must also be registered with the UK managed voluntary register for Physician Assistants.
