Fixed Term / Development Opportunity / Secondment to 30 Sept 2022
The Division of Medicine is looking to appoint an exceptional talent to the role of Service Manager to support the Management Structures in their ongoing response to increasing activity levels due to Covid Response and Remobilisation of Services.
This is a chance for an individual to build upon their experience in a fast paced and high profile service that represents a key performance area for NHS Grampian. The post holder will have a key focus on the clinical governance agenda within the division whilst offering a varied and valuable experience across key service operational matters.
The successful candidate will have delegated responsibility for day to day operational service management across the medical specialties, working closely with clinical teams to deliver service plans. The postholder will also perform an active role in supporting the Lead Nurse as well as the Nurse Managers across the Division.
We are looking to appoint an organised and adaptable individual with a proven track record of service delivery, excellent people management skills, experienced in understanding and presenting data and significant experience of collaborative working. This is a demanding position, but one which will offer excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
