Join Mental Health Services in NHS Lothian to lead our Programme of Digital Transformation. Working alongside an established clinical lead, you will bring strategy and structure to a growing suite of projects improving pathway efficiency, electronic records and digital maturity.
We are looking a full time Programme Managers at Band 8a working standard office hours, based at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS Lothian and the four local Health and Social Care Partnerships to deliver modern mental health services that maximise what digital solutions can offer. This role is for an initial two-year period with funding for a permanent post currently being sought.

With experience of delivering programmes and projects in a multi-disciplinary environment, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, oral & written communication skills and well-developed organisational abilities and the ability to negotiate and coherently argue a case for change. You will be educated to SCQF level 11 (postgraduate) in a business-related or IT-related subject plus significant previous experience in managing projects at a senior level in a complex organisation.
