We have a number of permanent vacancies which have become available for a Registered Nurse to work alongside the Long Term Conditions -Community Nursing Team based in Cambuslang Clinic.

The shift pattern will be various shifts Monday to Sunday - 24/7, there for a full valid  UK driving licence holder will be essential for his position to meet the needs of the service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a dedicated, hard-working but rewarding team to enable them to enhance & develop their clinical knowledge & skills 

The Registered Nurse will support the community nursing service in the delivery of the highest quality of health care and will be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions as appropriate. The post holder will ensure a person-centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy. Provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers, and other agencies.

The successful candidate will have achieved the following skills & attributes :

Registered Nurse with valid UK NMC Registration

 Demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using their own initiative

Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent time management skills

Working knowledge of basic information technology
