An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Directorate of Transformation and Sustainability for a Senior Programme Manager for Caring for Ayrshire.  

You will be skilled and will provide programme management support to the development of business cases, work with teams to inform and shape service reform and redesign and provide transformational change leadership to support this ambitious programme. 

You must have a developed and pragmatic and flexible approach to problem solving and have highly interpersonal, communication and influencing skills as well as have the ability to establish productive working relationships.  

Educated to Masters degree level or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience in a relevant discipline.

Full Driving Licence is required.

Hours: 37.5 per week, over 5 days

This is a fixed term / secondment opportunity for 2 years.
