An exciting opportunity has arisen for two new Voluntary Service Manager Posts.
Key responsibilities are to identify where volunteers can add value, lead demand led recruitment, train and manage volunteers supporting patients and visitors. Be responsible for the day to day efficient and effective operational management of the service. Promote volunteering and support the implementation of ‘Volunteering Well’ NHS Lothian Volunteer Strategy 2018-23 to ensure voluntary roles deliver high impact services which make a measureable difference to individuals, their families and staff.
To be considered for this role you will be educated to Degree Level and must have experience of working with and managing volunteers.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
