Due to promotion of the previous post-holder, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Service to join our high performing Angus Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) to provide both operational management and strategic leadership for a portfolio of services, as core member of the Executive Management Team.
Angus Health and Social Care Partnership provides health and social care to a population of more than 116,500 people and lead a workforce of around 1800 staff. It supports a Team approach with NHS Tayside, Angus Council, the Independent and Voluntary Sectors.
The duties involve providing vision, leadership and operational responsibility for the delivery of Community Health & Care Services in Angus, including the accountability for the effective delivery of all delegated services within Angus HSCP through the localities in Angus.
We are looking to appoint an individual who has the ability to lead wide ranging and sustainable service developments. As a team player you will be committed to collaboration and partnership working, whilst ensuring the highest standards of strategic and operational management working closely with both the Executive Management Team and the extended Senior Leadership Team.
