With exceptional listening and influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively across the workforce, you will be expected to be visible working with all of our stakeholders ensuring that we have the right connection between our local sites and our Board’s ambitions. 

As a key member of an already established and forward thinking Human Resources and Organisational Development leadership team, you will report directly to our Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, bringing an innovative approach to how we listen and engage in a way which clearly and positively conveys our values, promotes diversity in our workplace and nurtures personal and professional growth. 

This is a high profile and challenging role presenting multiple competing demands requiring experience and a strong track record of working at pace in a Human Resources leadership role in an organisation of similar scale and complexity.

Educated to a masters' level qualification in a relevant subject (or equivalent). A desirable requirement of the role is Chartered/Fellowship membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
