As an Administration Assistant based within the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, you will provide a comprehensive, community-orientated administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Health Visiting and School Nursing Teams based within East Ayrshire.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.  SVQ Level 2 administration or equivalent experience is essential.  Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.  This post involves managing calls/enquiries, emails, managing and monitoring electronic patient management systems and any ADHOC admin duties required to support the service.  You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and working in an administrative role.

The post is 20 hours from Monday to Friday, 1pm – 5pm.
