Deputy Clinical Research Nurse Manager
Band 7
30 - 37.5 hours - Permanent
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Clinical Research Nurse Manager in NHS Lothian.
We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse, with a genuine interest in clinical research, to manager and demonstrate visible leadership to a team of research nurses, deputise for the Clinical Research Nurse Manager and lead in:
- Facilitating practice learning opportunities in clinical research for healthcare students across NHS Lothian
- Developing and signposting Continuing Professional Development opportunities and the development of leadership skills for the clinical research nurse/midwife workforce.
Applicants should have extensive research and clinical experience, management skills and the ability to lead a team.
The post, although based at the Western General Hospital, allows for flexible working options.
The post holder will work occasionally at the Royal Infirmary and the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion. All hospitals are located in Edinburgh.
