We are looking to recruit a bright and flexible individual who can demonstrate a range of problem-solving and people skills. The post holder will need to be adaptable and interested in taking on a variety of complex, and occasionally challenging, tasks.
The main purpose of the Project Officer is to be an active member of the Adult Social Care Directorate’s Quality Assurance team, providing a professional service to NHS Highland covering all aspects of Adult Social Care Plans, Policies, Strategies and Quality Assurance work. This includes continuous improvement work for NHS Highland across all areas of Adult Social Work and Social Care, including supporting the development and promotion of: Adult Protection; community led support approaches; work with unpaid carers; and all aspects of Self-directed support.
