We are seeking an experienced leader of quality improvement to provide senior leadership for all aspects of the organisation’s quality strategy including planning, developing and leading quality improvement programmes and building knowledge, skills and experience of our staff in quality and quality improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that has a strong reputation for high quality care and services and an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
You will be educated to degree level and have a master’s level qualification, or equivalent experience, in quality improvement. Strong interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
You should also be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop a strategic quality improvement plan that aligns with our board strategy and annual operational plan. Experience of establishing and delivering educational programmes for quality improvement would be advantageous. Please see job pack for further information on the role.
