An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse within the Orthopaedic Wards here at Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with significant clinical experience within elective Orthopaedic Surgery.
Experience in people management, leadership and managing change is desirable for this position and an enthusiasm for developing new initiatives creatively within the clinical area is essential for this role.
You will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and display a positive can do attitude.
You will be required to competently perform the necessary technical / Invasive and physical aspects of care for this defined patient group.
