This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse. NHS Golden Jubilee University Hospital is investing in new and innovative elective treatment capacity centres to ensure there is high quality and adequate provision of elective services to meet the needs of an ageing population.
The first stage of this expansion was the opening of the new Eye Centre at the end of 2020; where patients attend for assessment and treatment for cataract surgery. This is a rotational post and the post holder will be expected to work across all areas of the Eye Centre; Outpatient Clinic, Pre and Post- operative area and Ophthalmology Theatres.
We are looking for a Registered Adult Nurse with a First Level nursing degree (or equivalent). The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to learn and be able to work effectively within the multi-disciplinary team. Your priority will be to provide safe, effective person centred care.
