With the variation order to the Executive Nurse Director's role to include leadership and support to care homes, a great opportunity has arise for a Senior Nurse post to support the Nursing Leadership in Care Homes across Perth and Kinross H&SCP.
The post will work closely with Chief Nurse for Care Homes, H&SCP Lead Nurses, Care Homes, H&SCP's, Public Health and Infection Prevention and Control teams.
The role of this post is to provide clinical and professional nursing leadership and support to Care Homes. To influence nursing practice and standards and support Care Homes to deliver safe and effective care to residents during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
Interested individuals should have extensive experience and knowledge of clinical and professional nursing practice, quality improvement and effective leadership.
Hours of work are: 37.5 hours
