Glasgow, Edinburgh - hybrid working will apply for the foreseeable future

The Standards and Indicators team supports a range of dynamic and fast-paced projects across a range of sectors, including health and social care. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Project Officer to support the development of a range of standards.

If successful, you will be responsible for the daily management of a number of standards projects. With support from a Programme Manager and Admin Officer, you will co-ordinate and support project activity, attend external meetings, facilitate workshops and focus groups and support the drafting and editing of documents. You will produce regular progress reports to enable teams to deliver agreed outcomes within timescales, cost and to a high standard. You must be able to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy schedule whilst possessing excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Visible, active clinical and community engagement is central to the success of our work and will support the delivery of effective and person-centred care.

Each successful candidate will be educated to degree level (and/or with equivalent experience in a similar project support role), have experience of supporting projects and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple simultaneous work-streams. There is no line management responsibility in this post.

If you are keen to apply your project skills to help us continually drive improvement in the quality of healthcare for all people in Scotland, we would welcome your application form.
