We are looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to join our small, but highly talented and growing team to help deliver new products to be used in health and social care.

  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary environment
  • Ability to solve issues and unblock problems, helping to drive the team forward and making sure the team are working towards delivery commitments
  • Effective in communicating both the delivery plan and progress against plan to a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and political boundaries
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workload and those of others, and to meet strict deadlines
