The Cardio-Respiratory Department at Victoria Hospital is looking for a professional, outgoing and organised administrator to join their teams to provide comprehensive clerical support to Head of Service in their daily work. This position will be based at Victoria Hospital with occasional cover expected at Queen Margaret Hospital when required.
You should be educated to Standard Grade level; possess RSA/SCOTVEC qualification or equivalent. Candidates should possess excellent keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of NHS systems would be advantageous but training will be given.
Previous administrative experience and knowledge of confidentiality and safe handling of information/GDPR is required. You should have the ability to work as a member of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision. Knowledge and experience of a hospital environment would be advantageous.
