Are you interested in working in a multidisciplinary team serving the needs of a growing population of children with Neurodevelopmental Conditions and their families?

This is an exciting new development with several posts, as we seek to expand our assessment and intervention services for children and families alongside colleagues from other professions.

You will provide specialist clinical assessment, treatment and consultancy within the speech and language therapy service specifically for children with Neurodevelopmental Conditions. Crucially, you will also provide accessible, timely information and support to key stakeholders as the Neurodevelopment Pathway is embedded and develops.

Clinical decision making in the service is supported by Care Aims, so an understanding of this methodology would be an advantage.  Experience of personal outcome focused intervention is essential.

The SLT Service is professionally managed within the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, and you will be joining a dynamic service with a well-developed peer facilitation / supervision model and a strong commitment to staff well-being and development.

For informal enquiries, please contact Roma More on 01592 226785.

A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
