As an integral part of the busy Private and Overseas Finance Team you will take on a range of responsibilities such as the scanning and recording patient’s documents and corresponding with patients to request documentation and deal with enquiries.

One of the main duties of this role is the handling of a high volume and wide variety of telephone enquiries on a daily basis from staff, patients and insurance companies.  You will be a key player in ensuring the standard and quality of finance patient records is in accordance with Data Protection Guidelines and the current Health Regulations.

All About You

Ideally you would be qualified to SVQ Level in business or administration and have relevant experience in an administrative role. Excellent IT skills are key to managing the demands of this job so you need to have experience of using a range of IT packages, including excel, word and access. You will need excellent communication skills as working with others and accurate recording of information will be essential to your success in this role, as well as being organised with good time management skills.
