The Community Health Index ( CHI) programme is a major development within the Practitioner and Counter Fraud Services, which will take a number of years to fully implement. The post holder will work as part of a small implementation team on various aspects of the programme, such as data migration, system testing ,staff training etc .
While detailed knowledge of the CHI system would be an advantage, full training would be given. The work will be varied, fast moving and challenging, giving the successful candidate good experience in different aspects of change management.
