NHS Borders has a wide programme of transformation and improvement work planned to ensure we can meet the needs of the Scottish Borders community in the years ahead. To support this transformation and improvement programme we are bringing together a multi-disciplinary change team to provide the capacity and expertise to support successful delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking team working across NHS Borders and the Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership. Roles will offer wide exposure to working with a range of professional groups to influence positive change.

A range of posts are available within the multidisciplinary change team including a PMO Manager to provide oversight of the transformation programme spanning NHS Borders, Quality Improvement Facilitators to provide direct support to frontline teams in the use of quality improvement methods, Senior Project Managers to manage a portfolio of projects within a defined clinical board and Project Managers to manage specific projects. We are able to offer hybrid working opportunities for the majority of these roles. An internal development programme will available for the post-holders and opportunities to shadow individuals and teams to gain a deep understanding of the services they will support.
