NHS Forth Valley seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in the post of Consultant in Public Health or Public Health Medicine (Health Protection).  The duties will be negotiable but will primarily involve leading the Forth Valley Health Protection Service, including participation in an on call rota and also include Immunisation Co-ordination, Population Health Improvement and Health Service Improvement.  The successful candidate will join the Public Health and Strategic Planning team, based at Carseview House, Castle Business Park, Stirling and will share responsibility for providing a comprehensive Public Health service in Forth Valley.


The post is offered on a full-time basis for up to eleven Programmed Activities per week with, applications welcome from candidates wishing to job share or work on a part time basis.
