An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 8d Deputy Director / Head of Psychological Therapies post within NHS Lanarkshire - the third largest Health Board in Scotland. We are situated 10 miles from Glasgow, and 30 miles from Edinburgh, in Central Scotland. The post holder will have responsibility for the organisation, operational management, professional and strategic leadership, and long term strategic planning and service development for the Adult Psychological Therapies service. S/he will also have the opportunity to shape the service in the context of the new NHS Lanarkshire Mental Health Strategy, with the support from senior colleagues across Psychological Services.
