We have an excellent opportunity for an organised person with catering skills. You must have experience in large scale catering preferably within the NHS.

The main kitchen at Ayrshire Central provides in excess of 250 patients prepared meals every day, including therapeutic diets.  We also provide a meal service for staff, visitors and the public.  In addition we cater for meetings and functions.

Your duties will include the service of meals, general catering duties, always maintaining a high standard of hygiene, recording and monitoring data for H.A.C.C.P and Environmental Health.

Hours: Bank - as and when required.

A degree of flexibility is essential as you may be required to work additional hours during periods of leave.

You must be available to cover all shifts within the department between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
