NHS Borders are delighted to invite applicants to join our Mental Health Management Team at Band 8a Clinical Nurse Manager. The 4 in patient wards consist of a 19 bedded General Adult Mental Health ward, Huntlyburn ward, a 12 bedded Rehabilitation ward, East Brig, a 12 bedded Dementia unit, Borders Specialist Dementia Unit and a 6 bedded Functional illness older adult ward, Lindean ward. We aim to deliver safe and effective in patient care with an emphasis on person centred, goal orientated and strength based care
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate strong clinical leadership and managerial expertise to support our inpatient services. Ideally experience of working within these specialities would be advantageous. We are a close and inclusive management team with high standards for delivery of clinical services within the Scottish Borders.
