Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.

In partnership with the primary care nurse reviews daily and weekly work load, organising and undertaking home phlebotomy visits, and planning and undertaking practice based clinics as appropriate to ensure delivery of a high standard quality service. Works on a regular basis without direct supervision from a primary care nurse, but will have close liaison with Lead Nurse at each practice.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out basic nursing and healthcare duties for patients, in support of the primary care nurse and other relevant professionals in the teams at Wester Hailes Medical Practice.
