The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4 star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. We are Scotland’s leading residential conference venue and a member of both the Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centre. We are currently looking for a highly motivated team member to join our Food and Beverage team. Reporting to the Food and Beverage manager you will ensure you provide our guests with consistently high levels of customer services across all areas of the F&B department.
Working in a busy environment key duties include-
- Service of Food and Beverage items
- Setting/clearing of tables
- Bar duties
- Room service
- Cash Handling
- Conference set up & delivery
Previous experience of working in a similar hotel environment would be advantageous for this role. Patterns of work vary across 7 days and include shift work, which can involve start times from 06.30am.
