Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic individual for the post of Nurse Team Lead. The post will have responsibility for clinical nurse leadership, managing and supporting the ongoing team development to fulfil the key functions of the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS). 

The post-holder will be responsible for the safe and effective deployment and management of staff, ensuring robust risk assessment/risk management, implementation of complex programmes of care using a strength-based recovery focused approach.  The post will also be instrumental in the roll-out of an integrated structure for Renfrewshire which will involve leading in the development and implementation of Renfrewshire DTTO service and Harm Reduction Unit (HaRRT) Teams which will form part of the overall Renfrewshire Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service.

Educated to degree level or professional equivalent, be a Registered Nurse – Level 1 NMC registration with a minimum of two years experience as a Band 6 nurse.  Experience in working with service users within an Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service would be advantageous.  Applicants should have a clear understanding of the need for and the ability to deliver a high-quality recovery focused service and possess a range of skills including organisational, self directing and self motivating and enhanced written/verbal communication skills.
