As the result of the review of NHS Grampian Practice Education team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a new Band 4 Associate Practice Educator at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This post has been created to support the education and development of the Clinical Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) workforce within the Division of Medicine and Division of Unscheduled Care at ARI.
The post holder will be part of the divisional team, led by a Lead Practice Educator, who together will be responsible for supporting planning and delivery of a range of education and training programmes for HCSWs. The post holder will be linked primarily with the clinical areas of the Division of Medicine and the Division of Unscheduled Care at ARI.
The successful applicant will be an innovative and motivated HCSW who has some experience of providing education and training to others, however full support will be available to undertake any additional education and training related to the post. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced HCSW who has the skills and ambition to develop their career within a Practice Education role.
