We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and motivated Dietitian to join our team providing a service for children and young people across Dumfries and Galloway. This fixed term post offers an exciting opportunity to develop and extend clinical skills with children and young people across a wide range of clinical conditions providing a comprehensive service in acute and community settings. Although not essential, experience in gastroenterology and Cystic Fibrosis would be an advantage.
Our team has a strong commitment to working collaboratively with families and partner agencies with a focus on skill sharing and tailoring support according to the needs of individuals and their families.
The post is based at The Willows, a purposely redesigned multi disciplinary Children, Young People and Family Centre set in the beautiful Crichton grounds. Access to a car however is essential as travel is required to provide a region wide service.

Dumfries and Galloway is situated in the beautiful South West of Scotland with spectacular countryside, wide ranging leisure facilities, excellent schools and affordable housing. There are easy links to all the major cities in Scotland, North England and Northern Ireland
The post is fixed term until 25 September 2020 (Cover for Time Limited Leave).
This post will require the successful applicant to obtain PVG clearance.
