We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team of experienced nurses and carers within the Community Hospital GP ward. This role is diverse and allows carers to develop experience in many aspects of patient care and multidisciplinary team working. Applicants must have a positive attitude to change and committed to a high standard of patient care. The post is rotational day and night shifts.
