Due to retirements, we are recruiting to a number of General Manager positions. This is an exciting time to join us as we build a new general management team to continue the delivery of truly remarkable services, focused on recovery following the covid-19 pandemic.
We have an ambitious programme of transformation set out within our Strategic Commissioning Plan and corresponding Operational Annual Delivery Plan. This will require the appointment of experienced senior operational managers with a vision for the future. If successful, you will have the privilege of leading and supporting highly committed teams across our integrated system.
Successful candidates will need to be resilient as the public sector, including NHS Boards and Health and Social Care Partnerships are facing challenging times requiring improved performance, innovation and significant change.
