The Victoria Hospital Rothesay is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about patient care, an influencer and possesses leadership experience along with excellent communication skills.
The SCN post will have professional and managerial responsibility of the nursing teams within Rothesay Victoria Hospital, working closely with the existing Charge nurses of the General admissions ward and Accident and Emergency Department.
The post holder will ensure the highest standard of personalised nursing care is delivered to patients and their families in partnership with all members of the integrated multi-disciplinary team, to provide a seamless service to our island community.
