Based in the Centre for Health Science on the Raigmore Hospital Campus, the Medical Education department supports the delivery of undergraduate medical student teaching and postgraduate training for trainee doctors, working closely with the Scottish Medical Schools and NHS Education for Scotland.
The post holder will provide an administrative service to the Medical Education department. The department will support student and trainee inductions, Doctors at Work programme and provide reception service for the office.
Applicants must be able to use their initiative in a shared office environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HND in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies (or equivalent experience) are required. You will have good organisational and communication skills, and be reliable, flexible and able to work as a team member.
