You will be required to provide an effective and efficient administration and clerical service to the NHS Greater Glasgow & Clydes Long Term Conditions Managed Clinical Networks.
The post is part of a small team of Administrative support staff based within the Board's Corporate Planning MCN Team. The role is diverse and involves a significant amount of responsibility combined with a high degree of accuracy and competency. You will be required to use a great deal of initiative and resource whilst exercising a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tact, excellent communication skills with internal and external staff is required.
This post involves effective liaison and pro-active communication with a range of internal MCN J Planning stakeholders as well as external staff in Primary Care I Community Health & Social .Care Partnerships, Voluntary Organisations and Service Users
You should be educated to HNC level or have equivalent level of knowledge/experience. You should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software with focus on Excel (Word, Excel, Outlook), have good time management and organisational skills, good communication skills including ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
The shift pattern is office hours.
