We are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant, based at Caithness General Hospital, Wick, Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid 19 guidance and maintaining compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, Food, Fluid and Nutritional Care Standards and Waste Regulations . This post includes a basic catering role and therefore catering experience would be desirable.

The successful applicant will be required to to provide cover within Caithness General Hospital and  NHS Sites in the local geographical area, a fleet vehicle maybe available for travelling to sites. A full clean driving licence is required, however access to economical public transport is acceptable.

This is a part-time permanent post of 20 hours per week, to be worked over 5 days, covering a 7 day Rota.  Shifts will be between 0700 - 1900 We offer a full comprehensive induction and training package.
