An excellent opportunity has arisen within Ward 2, Bo’ness Community Hospital, for an enthusiastic, flexible and self motivated RMHN, who is committed to the provision and promotion of high quality, safe, consistent patient-centred care. We require an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to engage effectively as part of a mutli-disciplinary team. A genuine interest in nursing Older People is essential.

Ward 2 provides ongoing assessment, treatment and nursing care for older people presenting with mental health needs.

An interest in becoming involved in developing, initiating, evaluating and sustaining change would be advantageous.  

The successful applicants will:-

  • have good communication skills
  • have good organisational skills
  • be responsible for the assessment of patients and the planning, implementation and evaluation of care
  • be committed to their own ongoing personal development
