Angus Health & Social Care Partnership, Brechin Health Centre, has a vacancy for a Salaried Leadership General Practitioner (full-time) working with the Practice Development Manager, salaried GPs and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, you will provide critical clinical leadership to the practice leadership team in Brechin Health Centre, a Board run (2c) practice delivering services to a practice population of circa 9,500 patients
Through the leadership team, and supported by Angus Health & Social Care Partnership and NHS Tayside, you will shape and deliver a sustainable service to the registered population, building a culture of quality, efficiency and safety
As one of 4 Board run practices in NHS Tayside you will have support from leaders within the other Board run practices, and from the Professional Clinical Development Lead for 2c practices, and opportunities to collaborate with this peer group as well as the well-developed Angus North East Cluster which Brechin is located within
We are looking for an innovator, with experience of change management, quality improvement and evidence of leading or supporting successful primary care teams, to work with the well-established extended multi-disciplinary team, which includes community nurses, physiotherapy, podiatry, mental health and wellbeing nurse and listening therapy services
The practice which runs from a Board owned premise is to be extensively redeveloped over the next year

This post which attracts the top of scale payment and an additional leadership allowance may also be eligible for an attractive relocation package. Salary £89,070 p.a. + £10,547 p.a. management/leadership allowance
