We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic staff nurse to join our Complex Care Team on a 37.5 hour contract.

The post holder will be part of a team committed to ensuring the best possible person-centred care is provided.  You should have experience of working as a band 5 nurse.

​​​​​​​As a first level registered nurse you will work as part of a multi-professional team, ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients. The shift patterns consist of day shifts and night shifts to support the health care support workers in packages of care and will also include weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of the service.

You will be supported with the opportunity for continued professional development whilst allowing you to embed and enhance your clinical skills.

As the registered nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care to patients within the service.

Applicants must demonstrate sound clinical skills and be able to provide evidence of continuing professional development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse to further develop their skills and knowledge in order to further their professional career.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
