An exciting opportunity has arisen with our gastroenterology wards within Glasgow Royal infirmary. A band 2 healthcare support worker role is a key role in the delivery of person centred healthcare. This is an essential role which will assist the trained nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team in the delivery of a range of person centred patient activities. You will undertake this role and also participate in the maintenance of the health and safety for the ward. Good communications skills are key to this role, and a caring and compassionate nature. The shift pattern for this post is rotational shifts.
