An example job plan is attached and can be found on Annexe 1.  The balance between direct clinical care and supporting professional activities, along with the availability of extra programmed activities, will be discussed and agreed between the Board and the successful applicant. The appointee if wishes but not compulsory can participate in the hospital consultant on call provision which will normally be 1 in 6.8.
